The butt area is one of the most characteristic parts of the female body. A thin waist and straight, full hips are something every woman desires. It is noteworthy that the butt/waist ratio is quite high in some geographies, especially in Latin America. In recent years, the number of our patients who want to have a 'Brazilian Buttock' has been increasing. In a woman with a thick waist area, thinning the waist area as well as enlarging the butt provides a more attractive appearance.

There are 3 basic ways to shape the butt area;

Oil Injection

Removal of these fats by liposuction in people with slight lubrication in the lumbar region both provides thinning in the waist area and provides a more curved transition in the waist-butt line. The fats taken are injected into the necessary parts of the butt, and the butt is shaped. We can do the fat injection to the part of the butt we want; We can correct the collapsed areas by injecting fat, we can get a more rounded appearance by injecting it to the sides of the butt, by injecting it into the muscles in the butt area, we can both increase the general volume of the butt and provide posterior protrusion. The operation is performed under general anesthesia and takes an average of 1.5 hours. You can return to daily life after 3-4 days.

Buttock Prosthesis

Buttock prosthesis is generally preferred for thin people whose own fat tissue is not enough to shape the butt, and for people who want larger butt volume. Butt prostheses are placed by entering through the groove between both butts and the butt is enlarged. This operation is performed under general anesthesia and takes an average of 1.5 hours. You can return to daily life 3-4 days after the operation. In some cases, fat injection can be combined with the prosthesis to provide extra shaping and volume, especially in the sides and upper parts of the butt.

Surgical Butt Lift

In people who have loosening in the butt area, sagging down and flattening on the butt after gaining and losing excessive weight, the butt is surgically lifted up in order to remove the sagging on the abdomen, side of the legs and raise the butt. In this operation, scars remain inside the underwear.
