What does aesthetic surgery cost depend on?

How does the difference in scope and method affect the price?
The difference in method is a significant part of the price. In piezo-assisted rhinoplasty, bone is reshaped with an ultrasonic device without cutting the soft tissues. This method is not evaluated in the same scope as standard rhinoplasty, because the device, technique and application time are different. The choice between standard and piezo-assisted rhinoplasty is decided at the examination, based on the person's goals and tissue structure.
Deep plane facelift requires a similar distinction. This approach works with the supporting tissue rather than simply tightening the skin; the surgical plan, the targeted area and the number of layers addressed therefore differ. Considering a superficial lift and the deep plane approach under the same item is misleading for that reason. Revision rhinoplasty requires a separate evaluation.
